  1. How long is the shuttle ride between Rochester and Minneapolis?
    The 80-mile trip takes approximately 90 minutes.

  2. Do you always operate?
    We operate 365 days a year. Cancelled shuttles are extremely rare and usually occur as a result of extreme winter storm conditions. We may have an abbreviated schedule on or around certain holidays (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).

  3. What if I miss the last shuttle of the day?
    Although we would like to wait for all passengers before departing, we do need to keep our schedule in order to be fair to all of our passengers. If you miss our last shuttle of the day, you have several options. Immediate transportation is available by taxi or car rental at the airport. Otherwise, you could spend the night at the airport or a hotel near the airport and take one of our shuttles the next morning.

  4. Where do you pick up and drop off in Rochester?
    We pick up and drop off at most Rochester hotels and motels for registered guests. For Rochester area residents, we pick up and drop off at 220 South Broadway (Holiday Inn Downtown), St. Mary’s Hospital (west entrance), and the Microtel on 41st Street NW.

  5. Do you pick up or drop off at homes?
    We now offer home pick up and drop off through a third party. In order to maintain our excellent on-time schedule that benefits all passengers, our customers transfer from private car to the van at a central location. This service is available by phone reservations only at this time.

  6. Is there a pick-up location where I can leave my car?
    At this time we do not have a location where residents can leave their vehicles. Check back as we are trying to arrange a location.

  7. Do you have shuttle service to other cities?
    We do provide service to Pine Island, Zumbrota, and Cannon Falls. Reservations are required for these locations. Service to the Amtrak in Winona, MN is provided through Go Carefree Shuttle. Call for reservations 608-781-5181 or 888-781-5181 (toll free).

  8. Do you go to the Rochester Airport?
    We provide transportation between the Rochester International Airport (RST) and downtown Rochester MN locations. We also transport passengers from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to the Rochester Airport. This is usually a result of a missed or cancelled flight from MSP to RST. There may be an additional fee for Rochester Airport drops.

  9. Where are you located at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport?

  10. How much luggage am I allowed?
    Each passenger is allowed two (2) average size pieces of luggage and a small carry-on. Additional pieces may be transported subject to available space and additional fees of $10 per piece may apply. Please contact us if you have any questions.

  11. Do you provide car seats for children?
    We do not provide car seats.

  12. Is my dog or cat allowed?
    We do allow dogs and cats. A pet carrier is required except for dogs aiding a handicapped passenger. There is an additional $10 fee for all pet carriers.

  13. How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
    We recommend that you make your reservation at least 24 hours prior to travel or as soon as you know your travel plans.

  14. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

  15. What is your cancellation policy?
    Reservations must be cancelled 12 hours prior to travel.

  16. If my plans changed, can I use my unused ticket in the future?
    Yes, your unused ticket will be honored for up to 30 days.

  17. How do I get a refund?
