Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations

Rochester

Our Rochester office is located in the lobby of the Kahler Grand Hotel just inside the west entrance. We pick-up and drop-off at most Rochester hotels for registered guests of those hotels.

For Rochester area residents, we pick-up and drop-off at the Kahler Grand Hotel, St Mary’s Hospital (west entrance), and the Microtel.

Please be ready 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time at Rochester pick-up points.

Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport

Our airport desk is located in the Ground Transportation Atrium at Terminal 1. Click on the link below that best describes how you will be arriving at the airport for the corresponding directions to our airport desk.

1. Flight arriving at Terminal 1
   At baggage claim carousel #8, take the elevator or escalator down to the tram level. Walk straight ahead about 100’ to the information booth and turn right. Then walk about 50’ and take the escalator or elevator up one level. Our desk is located next to Super Shuttle and is clearly signed “GO Rochester Direct”. Please check in at our desk even if you have a prepaid ticket, so we know you are there.
   
   
2. Flight arriving at Terminal 2
   After you have retrieved your luggage, please call our airport desk at 612-726-5501 to let us know you have arrived at Terminal 2 and are ready to be picked up. Our next available shuttle will be dispatched to pick you up at Terminal 2 ground transportation center which is located across the street from Terminal 2.
   
   Departures from Terminal 2 are 15 minutes before the posted schedule departure time for Terminal 1.
   
   NOTE: Our first two departures (6:45 am & 8:15 am) do not pick up at Terminal 2. If you are scheduled for one of these shuttle times, you will need to take the light rail from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1. The last departure (10:45 pm) picks up customers at Terminal 2 at 11pm. Customers must call (612) 726 5501 before 10:35 pm for this service.
   
   Terminal 2 light rail station is located on the north side of the Orange parking ramp. From Terminal 2, take the skyway from level 2 across to the parking ramp. Follow the overhead signs through both parking ramps. Take the escalator or elevator down one level to the station platform.
   
   At the light rail drop-off point at Terminal 1, take the elevator or escalator up to the tram level. Get on the tram (free) and get off when it stops. Walk about 50’ to the information booth and turn left. Then walk about 50’ and take the escalator or elevator up one level. 3. Light rail to Terminal 1
   At the Light Rail drop-off point at Terminal 1, take the elevator or escalator up to the tram level. Get on the tram (free) and get off when it stops. Walk about 50’ to the information booth and turn left. Then walk about 50’ and take the escalator or elevator up one level. Our desk is located next to Super Shuttle and is clearly signed “GO Rochester Direct”. Please check in at our desk even if you have a prepaid ticket, so we know you are there.
   
   
4. Dropped off by automobile at Terminal 1
   Follow the “ticketing” or “check-in” signs when entering Terminal 1. When you get close to the drop-off area, you will go up a short ramp. Stay in the left lane of this ramp. At the top of this ramp, take the very first left. Stop and drop off at the first door on your left. Go inside and take the elevator or escalator down one level. Our desk is located next to Super Shuttle and is clearly signed “GO Rochester Direct”. Please check in at our desk even if you have a prepaid ticket, so we know you are there.
   
   
5. Hotel shuttle to Terminal 1
   At the hotel shuttle drop-off location, go inside and take the elevator or escalator down one level. Our desk is located next to Super Shuttle and is clearly signed “GO Rochester Direct”. Please check in at our desk even if you have a prepaid ticket, so we know you are there.
   
   
6. Jefferson or Greyhound Bus to Terminal 1
   At the bus drop-off point at Terminal 1, go inside and take the elevator or escalator down to the tram level. Get on the tram (free) and get off when it stops.
